I'm Kimberly, founder of KCG-Consult LLC. My passion is helping Wisconsin residential care providers build stronger teams, improve compliance, and deliver quality, person-centered care.
What makes my approach different is that I didn't begin my career in an office—I began as a direct caregiver. I spent years providing hands-on support before advancing into leadership, training, scheduling, and administrative roles. That experience allows me to understand residential care from both the caregiver's and the leader's perspective.
Because I've worked on the floor, I understand the daily responsibilities, challenges, and expectations caregivers face. I've also served in leadership roles where I coached staff, coordinated services, prepared for surveys, and worked to support quality care. Those experiences help me connect with caregivers and leaders alike.
As a Wisconsin State-Approved CBRF Instructor, I believe training should be practical, engaging, and immediately applicable. My goal is not only to help organizations meet state requirements but also to help caregivers and supervisors feel confident in the work they do every day.
Whether I'm providing guidance, conducting staff training, developing leaders, or helping organizations prepare for DHS surveys, my focus is on practical solutions that support safe, compassionate, person-centered care.
